Statco-DSI is looking for a Marketing Coordinator responsible for managing and coordinating all Statco-DSI product & brand marketing initiatives and programs. This will include but is not limited to: coordinating marketing campaigns and events across any and all media (digital, print, event, etc.). Additionally, coordinating the development, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media, web search, SEO management, content marketing campaigns, creating original content, managing content and marketing calendars, conducting market research, and measuring key performance indicators.
Are you excited about this work?
- Planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
- Independently coordinate marketing and events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and creating and ordering marketing collateral.
- Create and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and brand messaging.
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
- Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines.
- Assist in planning and managing trade shows with ProMach corporate team, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules and aligning Statco-DSI branding with ProMach when possible.
- Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.

Total compensation includes your pay (base salary), potential short-term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment!
Base Salary Range: $41,160.0 – $70,200.0

- 1-2 years of Marketing experience
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Conduct social media audits
- Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts & channels
- Coordinate with sales team and others to create marketing campaigns
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web editing packages.
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms and channels
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently
