Job Description

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is a key player in shaping and conveying Badger’s brand and values to the external world and internal team. This role involves developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies, managing social media presence, and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. The coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s market presence and reputation.

• Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage content across various platforms (website, social media, newsletters, press releases). Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
• Social Media Management: Strategically manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms. Engage with the audience and monitor social media trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns.
• Internal Communication: Facilitate effective internal communication, ensuring that employees are informed about company developments and initiatives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and understand industry trends.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
• Graphic Design skills are a plus
