About the job
Join a well-known retail and outdoor recreation brand as a remote Marketing Campaign Specialist. This is a 6-month contract role in which you will contribute to a life outdoors by supporting product campaigns’ go-to-market (GTM) orchestration across the brand as well as supporting the GTM development for selected seasonal integrated marketing campaigns

Marketing Campaign Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of marketing experience; campaign or channel experience.
- BA in Business, Marketing, Communications preferred
- Demonstrated experience and competency in supporting the development of integrated marketing plans, with a preferred focus on digital media for retail.
- Experience working in multi-brand retailer or marketing/ad agency preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage work in deadline and process driven environment.
- Attention to detail, high degree of accountability and strong communication skills.
Marketing Campaign Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage GTM details in support of product marketing – partnering with merchandising, marketing, digital, and visual merchandising to align on shifts to planned product marketing.
- Lead GTM development and execution across owned, earned, and paid channels in support of new and exclusive product launches.
- Support campaign managers with campaign tactical execution.
- Accountable for the development of campaign documentation and plans, representing opportunities needed to bring strategy to market, and keeping campaign stakeholders updated.
- Support the process by updating customer experience when key deliverables or direction changes.
