Vim has built a next-generation Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration technology that is disrupting the US healthcare industry. The role

The Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in enhancing Vim’s brand presence and supporting business development efforts across all GTM departments as we embark on a mission to improve how healthcare is delivered in the U.S. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a small but mighty and dynamic marketing team at Vim during a period of strategic growth. As a Marketing Associate, you can join in an entry-level role and grow with our marketing team. In this role, you will craft engaging content and strategically deploy it across various marketing channels to maximize its impact. Additionally, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support various marketing initiatives for ABM, demand gen, enablement, and product marketing – ensuring all marketing initiatives run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking abilities, tech-savviness, and strong attention to detail. This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing at Vim and is based out of our NYC Offices.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the creation and execution of content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Support the development of content strategy in coordination with the Director of Marketing and craft compelling yet straightforward content across several verticals
  • Support customer marketing and enablement asset development
  • Support sales enablement creation and execution
  • Own the overall development of content assets, including newsletters, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, video interviews, and social media content
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content and marketing materials
  • Assist in planning and executing field marketing events, including conferences, webinars, local and Vim-hosted developer meet-ups, and networking events
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns across growth, commercial, and marketing-specific initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities across ICPs
  • Assist in the tracking and analysis of marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives you own
  • Provide general support for marketing activities, including email marketing, website updates, and collateral development
  • Liaison with the Product Marketing function to apply product-specific output into brand marketing channels
  • Own and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with our community
  • Support the growth team for the ideation and execution of growth-specific ads tied to company goals and ICPs

What You Will Need

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, within a startup technology organization
  • Proven B2B writing and content creation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling crisp content
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Be located in commuting distance to our amazing Vim NYC Offices located in the Chelsea area of Manhattan!

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international teams and/or Israeli organizations
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus

Compensation And Benefits Includes

The target base salary for this role is between $70,000 and $105,000 per year. Additional compensation in the form of equity or commission bonus are dependent on the position offered. Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience.
