Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Marketing, the Manager, Marketing Analytics & Reporting plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of our marketing and customer experience practice by building, maintaining, and delivering reporting that demonstrates the impact and progress of marketing activities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong, analytical mindset, capable of developing a comprehensive measurement framework that aligns with business objectives, and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders. The outputs of this individual’s work will influence the ongoing refinement of the marketing investment model and optimization of multiple high visibility workstreams.

The Marketing Analytics and Reporting Manager will be responsible for developing a robust framework for ongoing and periodic reporting of marketing performance and insights, spanning the work of the entire marketing team. As such, they will partner closely internally to develop best practices for measurement of brand, reputation, performance marketing, customer experience, and full-funnel integrated marketing. They will closely collaborate with leaders of each function to advise and define KPIs that are most meaningful to the business, and will hold responsibility for gathering and collating this data and insights on an ongoing basis.

What will you do?

Oversee ongoing performance monitoring of key KPIs, and will work to build frameworks that not only automate monitoring, but also rely on machine intelligence to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights, building an efficient manner for identifying items that deserve attention and action
partner with stakeholders to continually optimize measurement methodologies and adapt to changing environmental and business needs.
Lead interpretation of marketing data sets, conducting in-depth analysis of marketing data to derive actionable insights
Collaborate within the marketing team to define test and learn strategies to isolate learnings, and will help build these learnings into action via initiatives, messaging, and campaigns
Hold responsibility for building the channels, cadence, and process for delivering insights widely and effectively throughout the business

What do you bring?

This role will lead interpretation of marketing data sets, conducting in-depth analysis of marketing data to derive actionable insights. They will interpret data trends, and make strategic recommendations for optimization on an ongoing basis. They will collaborate within the marketing team to define test and learn strategies to isolate learnings, and will help build these learnings into action via initiatives, messaging, and campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or equivalent experience and/or education. Advanced degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience building and implementing measurement frameworks for complex ecosystems.
Proficient in data visualization tools and analytics platforms.
Equally strong in data and narrative, finding the balance to bring data and insights alive.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building in a complex stakeholder environment.
Technology-forward, embracing new technology and ways of working and learning quickly
Analytical and detail-oriented
High accountability mindset, holding personal responsibility for on-time, in-full delivery
