Key Responsibilities:

Monitor key funnel metric, reports and dashboards to evaluate the performance of our products and understand the root causes of changes
Establish performance metrics, and develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL
Analyze marketing campaigns to optimize conversion and default rates, exploring ways to optimize and evaluate new attributes
Work with cross-functional teams to explore new ways of finding insights from data and provide recommendations to senior management in a clear and effective manner
Use advanced data analytics to understand user behaviors and marketing trends, make decisions based on trends and analytics, and identify business opportunities
Design A/B testing for marketing/product experiments, evaluate impacts and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product changes, and perform post release checks and impact analysis.
Work with cross-functional teams to standardize analytical processes, and explore new ways of finding insights from data.
Communicate concise and actionable business strategies for senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of experience with data analytics and statistical modeling
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Additional Pluses, but Not Requirements:

Advanced degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, operations research, quantitative finance, physics, engineering, computer sciences, etc.)
Experience working with specialty finance or FinTech
