About the job
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for the collection, visualization, and reporting of all marketing metrics related to brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness. This individual will work closely with the digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, and sales team to turn data into insights that can be used to make marketing and/or user experience decisions. Candidates should be experienced in working independently in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to understand the business logic around data to analyze trends and deliver meaningful reports.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks to quantify the value of marketing activity across all relevant channels
Own market analysis to define, size, and segment key target markets for all Provation products, including new markets, TAM, SAM, and SOM to drive effective commercialization
Design, develop, and launch new reports and dashboards according to business requirements
Own and lead the creation of target lists for marketing campaigns from CRM and external database contacts
Monitor marketing campaigns and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI
Own marketing lead process and standard work
Access, gather, visualize, and interpret data from all relevant sales, product, and marketing tools: Google Analytics, Marketo, CRM, Highspot, Pendo and others
Present findings, reports, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making
Support ad-hoc product, sales and marketing insights requests for stakeholders throughout the organization
Support company objectives and achieves goals successfully
Actively and constructively participate in all team and employee meetings
Provide feedback to management on market, product, and team/culture issues
Participate in monthly and annual sales meetings
Attend and successfully complete regularly scheduled training sessions
Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree required; Undergraduate major in business, marketing, technical, or finance discipline
Proven experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
Preferred experience using Microsoft Power BI
2+ years of marketing analysis experience at a marketing agency, software or technology company; preferred experience in a B2B and/or healthcare business
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Proven ability of understanding data well enough to apply insights to a business and directly contributing to sales growth
Capable of working independently with little direction; however with the curiosity and innovative spirit to ask questions and make recommendations to improve process and grow the company
Understanding of B2B marketing programs and lead management marketing philosophies
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
Strong communication and problem solving skills

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 63,000.00 – 117,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
