The Growth Marketing Analyst is responsible for media planning and execution of paid social channels and management of paid search in partnership with an external search agency. The growth marketing analyst will work to strategize, execute & optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels to launch Tend into new markets, maintain best-in-class paid media social in existing markets, and use a test & learn strategy to bring new creative ideas to market.

About The Role

  • Accountable for pacing, forecasting, and budget management across channels, with a heavy focus on paid-social
  • Manage the paid social planning & execution for evergreen campaigns including Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and others. This includes monthly channel allocation, optimization, and creative iteration across all lines of business
  • Utilize a test and learn roadmap in partnership with the creative team to constantly iterate on best performing creative, setting up A/B test to optimize creative and audiences
  • Work with Marketing, Operations and Design to plan and execute new market launches and one-off campaigns, including promotions and lead generation campaigns
  • Lead and manage daily media optimizations across all lines of business
  • Manage monthly and quarterly budgets as well as monthly reporting across paid channels.
  • Apply learnings from test & learn roadmap and monthly reports and share learnings across the organization
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform roadmaps and optimization for future media and ongoing content strategies
  • Work with manager on paid landing page testing and creation to coincide with ads testing and strategy

About You

  • You are a creative thinker and strong problem-solver who develops hypotheses to drive insights
  • You are a leader with exceptional project management skills
  • You have demonstrated exceptional business and customer experience judgment and obsess over customer experience
  • You are comfortable with self directed and comfortable with ambiguity; have a can do attitude and are adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary and can be scrappy and resourceful
  • You can effectively communicate with leadership and cross functional partners
  • You are comfortable with data and love diving into complex data to draw conclusions
  • Curiosity for full funnel analysis including conversion rate optimization and user experience testing
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, LTV and CR).
  • You are proficient with Looker, GTM, big plus if proficient in Google Analytics 4 and a CMS such as Builder
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment working in digital marketing, strategy or related field
  • Agency, Startup and/or D2C experience strongly preferred

New York pay range

$80,000 — $100,000 USD
