The primary role of Global Marketing function is to define, implement programs specifically designed to promote and extend ResMed’s brand strength and to maintain ResMed’s brand identity system. Key deliverables include working with senior stakeholders to develop strategies and programs that build the relevance and value of the ResMed brand to its customers and constituencies. Ensuring the delivery of on-time and on-budget programs for new product launches and ongoing communications support of ResMed products already in market.

- Strategy Development: The primary objective of Digital Marketing Specialist, Lifecycle within Global Marketing Job Family is to develop, execute, and steward integrated digital marketing strategies/plans designed to optimize engagement, leads, sales and competitive position (as applicable) – inclusive of Email, SMS, Push, and In-App.
- Project Management: Drives business analysis/project management for developing requirements and defining scope and justification for digital marketing and web development projects.
- Content and Online Presence: Works within a team of content management, technical development and online marketing specialists to build and maintain a rich, immersive and world class online presence.
- Focuses on engaging customers at different stages of their journey with a brand, from the initial awareness through to retention and advocacy.
- Involves creating tailored marketing strategies for each stage of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Have deep understanding of customer data, behavior, and preferences to create personalized and relevant experiences throughout the entire lifecycle.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on lifecycle marketing and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing customer data, understanding customer behavior, and leveraging insights to create personalized and relevant experiences across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to develop long-term plans that align with the company’s objectives while meeting customer needs.
