About the role

We are seeking a graduate-level candidate who is looking to establish their marketing consulting career with a keen interest in integrated account management, passionate about the client-provider relationships, and wants to work on go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth for some of the world’s largest companies.

The mission of this role whilst you build your consulting experience is to ensure engagements are delivered brilliantly with an exceptional client experience. This role includes supporting on consulting engagements to drive exceptional impact for our clients, such as research, developing reports and presentations and capturing our best deliverables to codify the work we’re doing. Critically this role also includes parting with our consultants on the day-to-day project delivery to keep our team on budget and on time.

The role provides hands-on experience across our work and working closely with senior consultants. This role provides significant development opportunities, with involvement in every aspect of our consulting processes and workflow, the opportunity to work with subject matter experts in our business, supported by ongoing coaching, with access to market-shaping thought leadership and events.

Service Delivery Excellence: You’ll collaborate with our consultants to ensure excellence in service delivery, supporting various tasks including research, data analysis, report editing and writing, proposal development, and stakeholder mapping. Your focus on detail and comprehensive understanding of client stakeholder landscapes will be pivotal.
Operational Excellence: Your involvement in key processes will facilitate effective team management and financial forecasting, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and fostering a productive and fulfilled team.
Continuous Improvement: You will play a vital role in observing and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our practices, whether through hands-on support or facilitating debrief sessions. Your efforts will not only support engagements but also drive the learning and evolution of the wider team based on the exceptional work we deliver.
Data and Systems Management: Your responsibility will include maintaining up-to-date records on our core platforms, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of all information.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: Your role will involve continuous monitoring of client industry updates, tracking shifts in stakeholders, client events, and key announcements, thereby enhancing our team’s ability to maintain a sharp focus on our clients’ needs.

Salary Range

$45,000 to $65,000 (USD)
