The Junior Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for multi-channel campaign management as part of our global marketing strategy. In this cross-functional role, you’ll work closely across the Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Sales departments to assist in running end-to-end marketing programs that will have a direct impact on company revenue. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage the process of measuring attribution, general database upkeep, and the lead lifecycle process. Your day-to-day will focus on activating and managing email, paid social, CTV, online video, and lead generation campaigns. You will also help manage hosted events, virtual events, and trade show sponsorships. You will use reporting and analytics to diagnose opportunities, measure success, encourage the adoption of processes (as well as updating processes as needed), and guide teams on how to improve. We’re looking for someone who is keen to leverage data to benefit our marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Activate and manage email and lead generation campaigns within Marketo, including email and form build, audience targeting, and reporting
  • Activate and manage paid social campaigns, including creative builds, audience targeting, and reporting
  • Support our presence at trade shows and conferences, including managing logistics for sponsorships, liaising with event organizers, and making sure internal staff are fully prepared
  • Support our efforts with hosted in-person events and virtual events/webinars, including managing registration, content, merchandise, and attendee follow-up
  • Analyze campaign performance in order to optimize new marketing and sales plan sand drive tactical marketing decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Work with in-house team to develop, create and manage reporting processes for KPIs within the marketing and sales team, including bookings, attribution, campaign performance, and more
  • Collaborate with Revenue Ops team to manage the process of lead qualification/lifecycle, to upkeep customer, user, and lead data, and to maintain data integrity and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on lead/opportunity development
  • Implement SEO best practices across marketing websites

Who You Are

  • Degree in business and marketing fields
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing related role
  • Experience with Marketo preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
  • Experience with email and social campaigns
  • Experience with events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem solver who can work independently
  • Quick learner who can take initiative and assume accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work with a team spread out over multiple offices
