About The Role
Bold is looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to lead and execute all growth marketing efforts for our Shopify division. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating and launching marketing campaigns, managing lead funnels, and optimizing marketing automation tools. You’ll also directly engage our audience by writing blogs, creating video content, and designing ads. Additionally, you’ll conduct market research, analyze audience data to refine targeting strategies, and implement initiatives aimed at boosting profitability from the ground up.
What you’ll do
Plan and execute integrated marketing programs to boost revenue for Bold apps on Shopify.
Develop and implement growth marketing strategies for lead generation and product awareness, including content development and ad campaigns.
Optimize and update product assets like Shopify App Store listings and Bold properties to attract more installs and enhance conversion rates by improving the initial customer experience.
Collaborate with the Product Team to optimize the user experience, identify sales opportunities, and execute initiatives to drive them.
Use insights and analytics to refine marketing strategies and drive testing and optimization efforts for continual performance enhancement.
Execute account-based marketing initiatives through digital channels and events.
Manage the lead funnel from generation to sales handoff, collecting feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Manage and make recommendations on tools and technology for automation and lead nurturing.
Track metrics to evaluate and improve pipeline performance.
Drive testing and optimization efforts for continual marketing performance enhancement.
Stay informed about market trends, utilizing market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and shape growth strategies.
Take a hands-on approach, actively executing demand generation initiatives.
Define success until a customer installs the app or submits a sales lead inquiry.
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 7+ years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth / high-tech company.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
Experience With Shopify Or E-commerce Platforms Is Required.
Experience in CRM email marketing, using marketing automation tools (Hubspot is a plus).
Experience managing ABM strategy and communications.
Proven ability to drive customer growth, reduce churn, and increase retention rates.
Excellent project management skills.
Extremely strong collaboration skills; experience working across other Marketing Teams, Customer Success, Sales, UX, Product, and Data Teams.
Self-motivated and detail oriented.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results.
