Scope of the role:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. You will plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to acquire new business and customer expansion across various channels.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll have room and resources to grow, with the opportunity to work in an experienced team as part of a leading B2B Saas Marketing function.

What you will do:

  • Create and execute an impactful marketing strategy that generates and accelerates opportunities and pipelines in USA/Canada
  • Develop and execute a broad range of integrated field marketing programs, including brand awareness, webinars, events, and account-based marketing campaigns to support sales and channel objectives
  • Manage and execute account/industry-based marketing programs with sales executives to drive acquisition and customer growth
  • Run, test, and optimize campaigns to achieve growth targets
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report acquisition, pipeline, and program results to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead A/B testing and onsite and landing page optimization and personalization
  • Design and consider campaigns for customer lifecycle that educate potential users, retain existing users, drive customer value, and enhance our global brand awareness
  • Leverage our events schedule, both owned and third-party, as part of a holistic growth strategy
  • Project manage cross-functional campaigns, working collaboratively with the marketing team and other stakeholders to meet deadlines

About You:

  • Experience in a B2B demand generation/growth role
  • Sound understanding of drivers of performance across internal and external marketing channels to achieve awareness engagement, acquisition, conversion and retention goals
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation technologies, such as HubSpot, SalesForce and SalesLoft
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to create required reports to track campaign performance and manage spend
  • A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach. Ability to build a strong partnership with the Sales team
  • An entrepreneurial and executionmindset focused on delivering results
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work at once
  • SaaS/tech industry experience, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing
