Job Description

Overview of Position

The Director of Development will be responsible for devising and implementing a robust fundraising strategy to raise, diversify, and expand GreenRoots’ $5 million budget. The Director of Development will directly supervise and support the Development Team, which includes the Development Coordinator, Donor Relations Specialist, and Grant Writer. The Director of Development will work closely with the Executive Director.

Salary

Starting at $90,000 a year, based on experience
