Our restaurant client looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join their team.
The Email Marketing Manager will focus on planning email campaigns both locally and nationally, segmenting customers for two business units. Campaigns include emails campaigns for product launches, promotions, holiday campaigns, etc. Focusing primarily on engagement and retention, targeting specific segments of database based on lifecycle, geography, demographics, or other filters.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer data platforms, targeted audiences, segmentation. You will have a passion for pull lists, customer data, and email marketing campaign planning. The successful candidate will be able to manage a email marketing specialist and ensure that campaigns are planned and executed effectively.
Requirements of the Email Marketing Manager:
Strong experience in previous lifecycle marketing role focused on customer retention and email marketing
Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP)
Management skills, one direct report
Data driven; analyze lists and reports to pivot campaigns
