Job Responsibilites:
- Managing the entire sales & marketing area.
- Advising on the best marketing and sales courses of action and directing implementation of ideas and campaigns.
- Collaborating with marketing personnel and contractors to achieve marketing and sales goals.
- Organizing and managing all new marketing campaigns and product launches or removals.
- Ensuring appropriate ROI is being achieved by each campaign.
- Applying quality control on campaigns.
- Budgeting for different projects and investing in those with the greatest returns.
- Using feedback and surveys to properly market to our public.
- Overseeing and optimizing our social media marketing campaigns.
- Utilizing statistical analysis to implement the more profitable strategies.
- Managing and advising on SEO and coordination with website team.
- Overseeing all email campaigns.
- Optimizing engagement with Public Outreach division for brand recognition.
- Advising sales team on how to improve sales strategies.
Experience you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
- Successful experience in funnels, analytics, statistics utilization, ads, SEO and general marketing campaigns.
