Job summary:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plan for the organization. Manage public relations communications and publications. Leads events and promotions. Assist with employment brand strategy deployment. Aviation and photography experience a plus, willing to train the right candidate.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Work experience in marketing, advertising, publishing and or digital media.
- Business-to-business direct mail experience; print advertising experience helpful
- Social/digital marketing expert
- Familiar with commercial print production processes
- Occasional travel and the ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
- Exceptional organizational skills/detail oriented
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plan for the company
- Manage the creation of presentations
- Provide specific marketing support to all departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities in a high-pressure work environment
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations
- Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, and hear, and lift objects up to 10 pounds.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, grasp or pull objects.
- Will have limited exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises.
Bachelors’ degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent is a plus.
Three years of experience in a direct marketing position, two years in a marketing leadership role with strategic marketing oversite.
