The Director of Marketing role is an opportunity to lead all areas of marketing strategy and execution for the Office Solutions’ portfolio of brands, with a strong emphasis in the contract furniture division, bluespace Interiors. The ideal candidate will contribute to the success of these brands, leading a seasoned marketing team while optimizing our marketing spend to ensure a positive ROI. This person will also utilize personalized omnichannel marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Additionally, this role will be responsible for planning efforts at the local level in various customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads B2B digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention through continuous lead generation.
  • Manage all aspects of lead generation program by tracking the buyer’s journey throughout the pipeline and origin of attribution to measure ROI.
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize spending across key acquisition channels, including paid search, organic search, social media, email marketing websites, online chat and more.
  • Create and execute marketing budget based on martech stack, leveraging multi-touch attribution and incrementality testing.
  • Continues to nurture the communications’ strategy and unique value propositions through internal education and reinforcement through customer facing materials.
  • Oversee the development, execution implementation and ROI of the email marketing strategy and programs, which includes schedule planning based on seasonality and/or high-performing campaigns.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal and external agency partners and vendors.
  • Monitors traffic and improves site conversion metrics across multiple websites (two are e-commerce based) in various divisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Merchandising, and Customer service to deliver on customer expectations.
  • Acts as a focal point for progress reporting on key initiatives and communicates to executives and other leadership members, the strategy for driving marketing programs.
  • Supports sales team with segmented by industry materials in the areas of presentations, case studies, industry education, speaking points and other custom deliverables.
  • Leads RFP and Bid efforts, working cross-functionally to ensure all requirements are met in the final deliverable.
  • Present the latest marketing initiatives at quarterly sales meetings, sharing what marketing tools and/or approaches are most effective.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 10+ years’ (preferred) experience managing digital marketing teams and activities, including strategic planning, digital marketing, omni channel execution and leading a team.
  • Creative yet analytical mindset.
  • Experience with 3rd party tools to support the martech stack along with reporting needs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of web design/development concepts and processes, and industry best practices for E-Commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels in an organization.
  • Multi-channel B2B product experience preferred.
  • Experience with managing multiple brands is essential.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
