ProMach is looking for a director to lead the Robotics & End of Line (R&E) Group marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for leading our marketing team and evaluating and developing marketing budgets, strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts. You will ensure that the marketing plans are communicated to business leaders and align the strategic objectives and overarching ProMach and R&E Group goals to build awareness, position brands, increase synergies, and drive growth. You must be comfortable interacting with people at levels of the organization, while working closely with the R&E marketing team, General Managers/VP, sales leaders and product managers. You must be data driven and metrics focused, and possess a high level of creativity, strong writing skills, and knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools. The role also requires a deep understanding of what makes people tick and a drive to make a difference.
Does this work interest you?
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing budgets, plans, and strategies.
- Oversee marketing team including individuals with varying levels of experience and that are located remotely at Robotics & End of Line (R&E) business facilities.
- Conduct meetings regularly with marketing team to review workload, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard.
- Plan and coordinate marketing and lead generation efforts for both direct and distributed products sales channels.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish.
- Drive continuous improvement of distributed products centralized partner resource management system.
- Oversee conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Lead planning of R&E Group meetings to drive alignment of sales team across divisions.
- Develop internal communications and reports on best practice sharing, cross selling, success stories, and collaboration across brands.
- Collaborate with team members to guide digital content strategy for web sites, blogs, inbound links, SEO, PPC, remarketing, and social media.
- Manage market research projects across brands to aid product development and understand vertical, geographic, and competitive conditions and positioning. Follow-through with marketing team on execution of the strategy.
- Lead new product introductions to assure successful market introduction, awareness, and demand generation for new solutions across brands.
- Oversee aftermarket marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain consistent brand standards across entire group and individual brands in all mediums including print, digital, documentation, machinery, and more.
- Drive continuous improvement of current and adoption of new marketing technologies.
- Manage voice of customer interviews and customer satisfaction/loyalty surveys.
- Manage marketing integration aspects of new R&E business acquisitions.
- Support the VP of Marketing and leadership team in developing strategies to capture new opportunities with existing and potential customers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing management or communications and managing a team.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and support team members that remotely located.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets.
- Proven marketing campaign experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- High competence with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel regularly (30%)
