Nuri Steakhouse, an exciting Dallas-based fine dining steakhouse, is looking to grow their passionate management team with a Director of Marketing. While building our ambitious, creative, and passionate management team, we are searching for partners that will commit with us to build and provide an unparalleled dining experience for all guests.
We are currently seeking an exeptional Director of Marketing to join our management team. In this role, you will be a brand champion focused on executing marketing strategic initiatives with overall accountability for our new venture and all future locations. This position will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that not only establish and promote the restaurant’s brand in the competitive fine dining landscape but also contribute significantly to the overall business objectives.Essential Functions:
- Adept at developing innovative and visually appealing marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid financial and budgeting skills, with a strong focus on achieving financial targets and driving sales and profitability.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with media, influencers, and community stakeholders.
- A genuine appreciation for the artistry and excellence in the fine dining culinary experience.
Major Responsibilities / Specific Requirements:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and solidify the restaurant’s unique value proposition. Ensure marketing strategies align with and reinforce the defined brand position, creating a cohesive and memorable brand identity that sets the restaurant apart in the market.
- Craft and communicate the restaurant’s brand narrative, ensuring it authentically reflects the culinary philosophy, ambiance, and overall dining experience.
- Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, articulating essential initiatives, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and consumer research to inform a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the restaurant’s unique value proposition. Tailor marketing strategies to resonate with the local community, ensuring a genuine connection that reflects an understanding of the area’s culture and preferences.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a calendar of events that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.
- Lead the development and implementation of a robust digital marketing strategy, encompassing website management, SEO optimization, social media engagement, and online advertising.
- Create and execute compelling PR campaigns, including press releases, media kits, and exclusive media events, to generate positive coverage and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
- Implement robust data analytics tools and methodologies to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of strategies, allowing for real-time adjustments and continuous improvement in the restaurant’s marketing approach.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, food critics, and media outlets.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to curate unique dining experiences, promotional events, and partnerships that drive customer engagement.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent of education and experience.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior marketing role within the fine dining restaurant industry, with a successful track record of opening and building new restaurant concepts.
- Experience in the early stages of a high growth business preferred.
- Extensive expertise in the fine dining restaurant industry, with an understanding of diverse cuisines, especially Asian and Steakhouse cultures, encompassing in-depth knowledge of market trends and an acute understanding of customer preferences specific to our culinary offerings.
