Director, Marketing Campaign Management (REMOTE)

The Director will oversee the planning, execution and communication of high-impact digital and direct marketing campaigns supporting the Integrated Marketing team.
***This role can be remote with travel a couple of times per quarter but person should be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours. ***
Director, Marketing Campaign Management Major responsibilities

  • Serve as a single point of contact for project status & issue management
  • Manage small, medium and large projects and campaigns for successful delivery
  • Demonstrate world class customer focus and project management
  • Partner with Digital, Product, and Marketing teams to help drive concept readiness and artifact quality
  • Ensure all deliverables (oftentimes complex/interdisciplinary/interlinked) are clearly specified, scoped and agreed between internal teams
  • Participate in / champion ongoing PM and design team process improvements

Director, Marketing Campaign Management Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing campaign management
  • Experience building marketing campaigns in Monday.com is highly preferred, not just working within Monday.com as a user.
  • Experience working with design teams and large corporate environments preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, digital marketing or testing preferred
  • 2+ years with exceptional relationship building, collaboration and influencing skills
  • 2+ years demonstrating strong organization, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate rationale / needed courses of action to engage diverse audiences and influence senior management
  • Thorough understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Demonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities and driving execution
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency (Digital Marketing) and Financial Services experience a plus
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with a broad set of systems, tools, and platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Digital experience a plus
