What You Will Do

This an exciting opportunity to work on our fast-paced and fun Ecommerce Team, which is responsible for the online presentation and performance of the Franklin Sports flagship website www.franklinsports.com as well as our B2B website.

The Ecommerce team is a growing department that interacts and collaborates regularly with many other internal departments such as Marketing, Art, Partnerships and Product Mangers to name a few, as well as an array of external technical partners and vendors.

The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report to the Sr. Manager, B2B/B2C Website Manager.

In More Detail, You Will

  • Learn and support the product setup process for the DTC + B2B websites.
  • Participate in daily website maintenance tasks.
  • Continuously “walk the digital store” checking websites for dead links, errors and bugs.
  • Assist with promotional activity setup and analysis.
  • Aid in UAT testing for website production deployments.
  • Participate in vendor calls.
  • Collaborate with internal / external teams to support execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive analysis for website, email and SMS.
  • Assist the Ecommerce team in driving sales and website performance.
  • Other duties and duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with a focus on marketing, digital media, or analytics.
  • Previous retail or relevant experience is helpful.

What You Have Done

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and task oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with all levels within and outside of the organization.
  • Passion for the industry and digital sphere.

Level Of Responsibility

Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and the requires ability to independently follow up on pending item and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.
