Job Summary
You will assist in creating٫ improving, planning and maintaining social media and content with the goal of achieving business goals, optimization, brand consistency and will continue to build the company a strong social media presence as well as aid in business development via social media marketing.
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to coordinate and help oversee our various digital mediums and own all our social media platforms.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable٫ refined skills in creative and writing. They should be detail oriented, able to work proficiently under pressure, and look to get the job done no matter what! Grow with a growing company!!
Key Responsibilities
Creates social media images for all agency platforms, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube
Video production (from simple ‘talking head’ videos to more advanced motion graphic videos)
Manage Zoom trainings to upload content
Edit all videos for YouTube Channel
Film, edit and post vertical videos to Instagram and TikTok from podcast studio onsite
Audio production (i.e. podcast) knowledge preferred, as well as energy to work with team to create and execute strategy
Personalization and versioning required on many projects
Other creative projects as assigned
Assist with third-party vendor management (printers, designers, writers, etc.)
Willing to support with other duties as assigned
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Proven Experience: Experience working in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation roles. Experience within an agency or fast-paced environment is preferred.
Creative Expertise: Strong background in content creation, including video production, graphic design, and copywriting. Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva) is a plus.
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, and their respective audiences. Knowledge of best practices and trends in each platform.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational skills are critical, with attention to detail and ability to personalize content for different target audiences.
Technical Skills: Basic audio production skills, particularly for podcasts, and video editing for YouTube and social media platforms. Familiarity with podcast production workflows is preferred.
Team-Oriented: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to execute digital strategies. Willingness to take on additional creative projects as needed.
Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-changing digital landscape. The ability to pivot between creative and strategic tasks, and a proactive mindset in problem-solving.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
