Responsibilities:
- Partners with external facing teams to develop and implement best practices related to promoting Smalley
- Collaborates with overall Marketing Team on shared projects, initiatives and strategies
- Provides timely and quality services and support to all internal and external customers
- Collaborates with multiple departments, vendors and distributors to ensure that programs create best-in-class experiences for internal and external customers
- Support projects and strategies provided by Marketing Supervisor
- Create and publish content to digital channels including Smalley website
- Maintain accuracy of online content (photos, copy, and product information) for all property websites, distributor websites, advertising sources, directory listings and make updates as needed
- Responsible for domestic and foreign pay-per-click and programmatic campaigns
- Monitors and improves SEO performance
- Supports Smalley ecommerce and other online sales channels
- Assist in the creation and trafficking advertisements
- Supports internal teams for marketing and other communication needs
- Track and report on the success of marketing initiatives. Help with content measurement and KPIs including creating reports and providing analysis on key performance metrics
- Work with vendors to ensure the delivery deadlines and quality requirements of marketing collateral.
- Works with Graphic Artist and Marketing Engineer on the Smalley Catalog include review, deployment, revisions and managing of the foreign catalogs.
- Work closely with other departments to make sure product and manufacturing process information is accurate
- Work with other business professionals and are expected to convey the value of our product and programs and the culture and beliefs of our company
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing or related field
- +5 years of marketing experience
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to make informed decisions.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively with multiple departments collectively and cohesively.
- Experience with web analytics tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketing Automation, and Web Development
- Must be willing to commute to Lake Zurich, IL office location
