Bennett Thrasher (“BT”) has an opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral member of our marketing team, responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role combines digital marketing, event planning, and coordination responsibilities to enhance brand awareness, drive demand for services, and influence revenue. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement digital and email marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build email lists and campaigns that nurture prospects through the funnel
  • Analyze lead generation and conversion components of campaigns, making recommendations for improvements
  • Coordinate digital projects from initial intake to completion
  • Track and report campaign success through effective measurement metrics
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights.
  • Update content on the company website
  • Perform analyses and research on competition
  • Work with SEO provider to perform data analysis and implement recommendations
  • Segment lists based on behaviors such as past email engagement and website interactions
  • Develop dashboards for effective data visualization

Events & Sponsorship Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all marketing event logistics for in-person events, serving as the point of contact for firm-branded events
  • Manage all off-site details of events and conferences, including attendance, collateral, and post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate vendor contracts, manage event budgets, and nurture vendor relationships
  • Track key metrics for reporting purposes and ensure internal awareness and promotion of events
  • Update the firm event calendar and create/publish event content to the external website
  • Support and assist in post-event/sponsorship follow-up to drive business goals.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Human Resources to support the Alumni program
  • Coordinate posts for all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, by promoting content

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and/or event coordination
  • Prefer experience with marketing automation/CRM use, paid search/paid social, Google Analytics
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Metrics and results driven
  • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
