Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have direct, daily access to the company CMO and play a crucial role in planning, negotiating, and executing digital advertising campaigns. You will be entrusted to effectively promote one of the largest brands in adult entertainment. Your expertise in analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and optimizing media campaigns will contribute significantly to our company’s success in reaching and engaging our desired audience segments. In this role, you will encounter adult-themed content and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate favorable terms and rates with media vendors and traffic sources
Coordinate the implementation of media campaigns, including ad placement, scheduling, targeting, and budget management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), to optimize media buying strategies and achieve campaign objectives.
Manage multiple media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive media plans aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.
Conduct thorough market research to identify media opportunities, audience preferences, and industry trends to inform media buying strategies.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, advertising agencies, and other relevant partners to stay informed of industry developments and secure advantageous opportunities.
Stay abreast of emerging media trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

Successful Candidates will have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Affiliate Marketer, Media Buyer or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully designing & executing media campaigns across multiple channels.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising and buying principles, practices, and tools, including PPC, landing pages, join funnels, and lead optimization. Proficiency in using media buying platforms and analytics tools, like Google Adsense, Adwords, Voluum, etc.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external partners, and media vendors.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and a proactive mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative approaches to media buying and advertising.

Compensation and Benefits:

$70-85k base + commission
