Job Summary:

EmpRes Operated by Evergreen is seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for creating high-quality content for digital and print use, optimizing our website for search engines, and developing collateral materials to support various organizational needs. Your expertise in content creation, SEO strategies, and graphic design will be essential in effectively communicating our message/brand, increasing online visibility, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Essential Functions

Collaborate with internal teams to understand organizational needs and marketing goals, ensuring content and collateral materials align with broader objectives.
Support the marketing department by creating content and collateral materials tailored to their specific needs and objectives.

WEB/SEO

Create compelling and SEO-friendly content tailored to our target audience, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand identity.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and overall digital presence.
Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Copy Writing/Design

Design visually appealing collateral materials for both digital and printed use, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, SEO, and graphic design, incorporating new strategies to enhance digital engagement.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and contractors to oversee the production and distribution of print collateral materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of content, SEO efforts, and collateral materials, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and achieve marketing goals.

Other duties as assigned and appropriate to the position.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Knowledge of PPC, SEO, and SEM.
Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms, preferably on the WordPress platform.
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading.
Ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking and effective project management.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple project simultaneously.
Strong work ethic; detail oriented.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Minimal travel may be required.

Education, Licensure, And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphic design, or related field; OR comparable experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience with digital marketing or graphic design.
Experience in the healthcare industry a bonus.

Reports to the Director of Comm. & Social Media
