Job Purpose and Impact

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all digital marketing communication activities for Food Solutions North America and across all digital channels. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the digital marketing plan, optimizing the use of all digital marketing channels and media, to effectively reach target audiences and generate and progress sales leads. Key Accountabilities
Provide digital marketing thought leadership to the marketing and business organizations. Negotiate or supervise the negotiation and selection of agency partners. Lead development and execution of marketing communication strategies for the business or across multiple platforms in partnership with Marketing Communications and Category Marketing teams . Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with cross functional partners, including category, sales and global IT teams. Lead the design, development, and implementation of marketing programs in digital channels to support the organization’s products, services or market sector. With the Marketing Technology leader, ensure marketing technology stack is aligned with the business and marketing strategies and that investment is optimized. Direct and assess content creation to ensure content that is optimized for the communication channel and is consistent with marketing strategy and Cargill brand guidelines. Identify metrics for ongoing evaluation and optimization . Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and digital communication environments. Lead and develop a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of six years of related work experience Experience delivering a marketing communications strategy across multiple digital marketing channels and media types (owned, earned, and paid) Digital marketing experience in a B2B environment, including full funnel management and CRM integration Preferred Qualifications Three years of supervisory experience Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment
