The Digital Marketing Coordinator, in close coordination with the Senior Manager, Marketing CRM, provides administrative support in all aspects of database administration and electronic communications for the firm’s Marketing department. This role is responsible for ensuring data quality and accuracy in the firm’s CRM database, InterAction, and providing support for email marketing communications, market research efforts, and content creation for social media and other digital channels. The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Associate Director, Marketing Technology, and supports the analysis of marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provides recommendations for improvement based on these data-driven insights.

How You’ll Help Our Team Succeed
- Maintain on a day-to-day basis the data quality of the CRM database, InterAction, directly in the CRM and uses a contact-standardization software, Cirrom.
- Perform all administrative functions associated with maintaining the quality and consistency of the InterAction database.
- Act as a reference for end users about InterAction, assist with end user training, provide user support, and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns; including set up, testing, execution, and reporting.
- Assist with providing data-driven insights gleaned from system analytics of audience feedback and independent market research.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- 2+ years of data hygiene experience; professional services experience preferred.
- The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm.
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm’s financial and operational functions.
- The mindset to provide superior service.
- Experience with data cleaning and analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus, excellent problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to learning new marketing trends and technologies.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as G4, CRM systems, and social media management tools a plus. Experience with HTML/CSS, and Dreamweaver a plus.
- Prior experience in database administration, marketing, or data science a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
For New York City candidates, Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position between $60,400.00 and $76,000.00. For Washington DC candidates, Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for the position between $57,600 and $72,400.00. A job offer will depend on how closely a candidate’s skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes annual performance bonus and generous benefits.
