Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are looking to expand our Marketing team to meet the websites’ growing demands. We are looking for an energetic individual with excellent attention to detail willing to work hard and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assign content projects and edit copy writer’s work for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and SEO best practices. The development and maintenance of the sites’ architecture and UX interface are also essential to this role.

In addition to assigning and editing content, the ideal candidate will be able to analyze website traffic and made informed decisions on future landing page development and copywriting projects. Finally, s/he will be able to attend to multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines and goals effectively.

  • Assigning New Content – using project management software, delegate building products and landing pages as well as updating existing content to the content marketing team
  • Editing Content to be Published – before launching any new or revised content on the websites, it will need to be reviewed for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and SEO best practices
  • Researching customer behavior and applying newly found knowledge towards the development and creation of new content pages
  • Auditing and migrating large sets of data between our ERP system and web platforms
  • Learning, demonstrating, and using best practices regarding HTML5 and CSS3 guidelines
  • Product photography and photo manipulation
  • Blog maintenance
  • Backlink development and management
  • Monitoring and generating monthly reports of web rankings, organic traffic, and product performance
  • Consistent ability to write and edit clear, concise yet informative copy
  • PC literacy including Microsoft Office, basic HTML, Photoshop, is essential
  • High comfort level with software and technology in general
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required), concentration in Business, Marketing or Communications a plus
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethics, ability to multi-task is a must

  • A keen interest in Direct Marketing and Online Marketing

    • Moz Pro
  • Experience selling products, at a large scale, on any eCommerce platform, eBay, and/or Amazon, a major plus
  • Experience with social media for business and brand development a plus
