Marketing Analysts are key members of the FMCG Direct team who work with senior client management to create and execute targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns for retail banks and expanding verticals. There are two primary responsibilities for a member of the Creative Strategy team: 1) Serve as a primary client / vendor liaison to efficiently facilitate integrated marketing campaigns and 2) Develop marketing materials that generate superior performance in terms of marketing ROI.

Job Functions:

  • Collaborate daily with clients, design agencies, print vendors, credit bureaus, and specialists from other marketing channels
  • Drive consensus and gain approval from key decision makers across client organizations; demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills to move projects forward in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Assure quality and accuracy of all campaign collateral with internal and external stakeholders through a detailed proof approval process, onsite press checks, live data reviews, etc.
  • Assist in the development of segment-tailored marketing campaigns: authoring creative briefs, concepting, copywriting, layouts, photography direction, proof approval, file release, and collateral inventory management. Prepare and deliver high quality presentations and internal updates
  • Create and manage all production-related resources such as creative matrices, production specs, data and print processing instructions, quality guidelines, and production schedules.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree

  • Successfully completed coursework in marketing, communications, economics, social sciences or hard sciences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of related experience
  • Delivers consistent quality / error-free work – technical / professional proficiency
  • Knowledge of the business’s methodology and tools
  • Maintains established processes effectively
  • Notes process deficiencies and suggests/implements improvements where necessary
  • Manages time effectively
  • Strong written / verbal communication with team members
  • Basic business acumen and an understanding of the business

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Target Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $89,000.00 – $89,000.00 10000 sign on bonus
