Are you a dynamic customer marketer who thrives on getting results? Lytx is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist who will craft and implement captivating, multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at captivating our client accounts, expanding market share, and fueling product adoption efforts. You get to collaborate with customer marketing strategists, sales, analysts, content marketers, paid media specialists, and creative resources to deliver coordinated and tailored programs across a variety of online and offline channels! You’ll Get To
Partner closely with the customer marketing strategist to develop campaign plans in support of go-market-strategies
Partner with sales and marketing SMEs on campaign development, content requirements, digital marketing execution, and messaging/creative development to deliver on-brand, highly effective assets
Implement tactical plans that use various channels including email, web, digital advertising, direct mail, and virtual/in-person events
Measure and report on key success metrics to internal partners (e.g. campaign performance, renewal and cross-sell opportunity influence, account-level engagement, and return on investment)
Oversee campaign budgets
Collaborate with the operations team and key partners in identifying and segmenting targets for campaigns and personalization

What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
2-4 years of B2B marketing experience
Experience with a marketing tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, Asana, and Marketo)
Excellent written and verbal communications
Outstanding project management skills and keen attention to detail
Consistent record in fast-paced, dynamic environments with experience collaborating cross-functionally
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with experience delivering against

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is:
$25.19 – $31.80
