CRM Marketing Manager

The CRM Marketing Manager, reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and will play a pivotal role in the daily management and execution of all email, SMS, and app push campaigns. This position is integral in creating segments, updating and maintaining workflows, and implementing A/B testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in email/CRM marketing coupled with strong project management skills.

Responsibility

  • Overseeing the quality assurance and deployment of all email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Specialists and Retail Marketing manager to manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining automated workflows. A solid grasp of automated campaigns and dynamic variables is essential.
  • Optimizing the CRM program based on insights derived from detailed reporting.
  • Assisting in the generation of email campaign reports.
  • Serving as the primary contact for cross-functional partners within the CRM department.
  • Troubleshooting any issues or queries related to our Email Service Provider (ESP)

  • Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional execution (e.g., spotting spelling errors in creative content, ensuring design output aligns with the brief, identifying functional issues on landing pages, and segmentation criteria).
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in email and SMS, particularly in CPG, B2C e-Commerce & retail based businesses.
  • Proficiency with an enterprise-level ESP (Experience with SendGrid or, Klaviyo, is a plus).
  • Experience in creating, updating workflows, working with dynamic templates, and creating segments.
  • Experience in a CRM or CDP
  • A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  • Experience in email reporting, with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Project management skills (experience with JIRA is a plus).
  • The ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
