The Marketing Activation & Creative (MAC) organization leads end-to-end marketing strategy and creative comms development/execution across the Central Marketing Organization (CMO). This role will sit on the Creative Marketing team, which is responsible for delivering best-in-class, integrated creative across all consumer touch points. This team works closely with both internal teams, like Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Marketing Activation (MA), Consumer Marketing Insights (CMI), Media Strategy, Digital Center of Excellence (CoE), and various Business Groups, as well as external agency partners.
As the Creative Marketing Analyst, you will support the Creative Marketing Manager and Sr. Manager on Verizon Home Internet (Fios, 5G Home, LTE Home) to support value proposition and promotional campaigns at a national level. You will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of creative campaigns, from creative briefing, to development, to production, to end-to-end project management.
- Supporting the development and execution of best-in-class creative, inclusive of both traditional, experiential and digital channels, with agencies and internal teams.
- Partnering with outside agencies in managing brand promotional and marketing efforts.
- Becoming an expert on the cross functional process that drives innovation and culture shaping ideas attached to our brand.
- Working directly with Verizon legal to secure approval on all creative materials and communicate any feedback to advertising agencies and internal teams.
- Ensuring all regulatory, legal and compliance, and branding guidelines are followed.
- Supporting on timelines and budgets and ensure that all deadlines are maintained.
- Monitoring the competitive landscape to constantly stay abreast of new developments and marketing opportunities.

You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business, or one or more years of professional-level experience in an account or project management role, in either an external or internal agency.
- A great attitude and eagerness to learn; plus, be a great team player.
- The ability to present your ideas to a range of audiences with success.
- In depth understanding of the paid media landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourcefulness and solution-oriented abilities.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $63,000.00 and $117,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
