Job Description
Position Summary :The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing, executing, and managing marketing strategies to promote our POS systems and IT services. This position requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales teams and technical staff to create campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :Marketing Strategy Development :Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals.Identify key market trends and opportunities within the POS and IT service sectors.Conduct competitive analysis to determine positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.Brand Management :Enhance the company’s brand positioning in the IT and POS space.Oversee the design and production of all marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, case studies, and presentations.Manage social media presence, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and business objectives.Lead Generation and Campaign Management :Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital ads, SEO/SEM, and events.Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation programs that support the sales pipeline.Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.Content Development :Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, and videos.Work with subject matter experts to create technical content that addresses customer pain points and industry needs.Manage website content, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.Event and Partnership Marketing :Plan and manage participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and webinars to promote POS solutions.Develop and manage partnerships with industry influencers, media, and key stakeholders.Analytics and Reporting :Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and ROI targets.Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to monitor trends, engagement, and lead conversion rates.Team Leadership :Manage and mentor a small marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with company objectives.Qualifications :
Experience In Marketing For POS Systems Or Related Technology Solutions.Familiarity With Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).Knowledge Of SEO/SEM Strategies And Tools.Physical Demands And Work Environment
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector.Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation strategies, and digital marketing techniques.Experience with marketing tools such as CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and Google Analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical features into compelling marketing messages.Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Skills :
