In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $55,000.14 annually. How You’ll Help The Coordinator, Digital Marketing works on the Marketing team to help further our strategy and execution of all content and digital communication to support Mile High United Way’s mission. Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Digital Communications, this role produces content for digital marketing to ultimately drive key metrics, including conversions, lead generation, fundraising activity and program participation, through Mile High United Way’s digital platforms. Essential Responsibilities Produce content and create digital collateral for marketing campaigns, including emails, webpages and social media campaigns to reach the most impressions and engagement. Work closely and collaboratively with Marketing department. Execute email campaigns using the Salesforce platform to include clear calls to action and uphold brand standards. Customize content to best reach donor segments through direct response campaigns and audiences on each social media platform. Carry out digital promotion for the Mile High United Way signature events (Turkey Trot, Women United Luncheon, and more). Supports Senior Director, Digital Communications to track, monitor, and report the analytics from digital campaigns and platforms. Updates Mile High United Way website at unitedwaydenver.org. What You’ll Need: Education, Experience, and Skills Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing and communications field or fundraising. Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field, OR equivalent experience. Specials Skills/Knowledge: Ability to be cross-trained for technical build-out and implementation of email, customer relationship management and website content management systems. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative to achieve goals. Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Perform effectively in an environment with flexibility, motivation, and enthusiasm. Professionally supportive of all Mile High United Way divisions, management, and employees. Spanish proficiency preferred. Computer Skills: Experience with Salesforce preferred Basic understanding of HTML preferred Experience in managing online advertising campaigns such as Google AdWords preferred Experience using Google Analytics and analyzing results preferred Working Environment: Flexibility to attend organization events. Some events are evenings, weekends, and ability to attend the Mile High United Way Turkey Trot. Physical Activities: Ability to provide personal transportation. Ready to apply?
