About You
Nutrafol is looking for a driven, creative professional with a passion to grow! In this role, you will be an integral part of creating paid social media ad content for Meta, Tiktok and Pinterest campaigns with significant ad spend. The main focus of this role will be partnering with content creators, influencers and our in-house creative team to create a library of content ads for ongoing and new marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing a full pipeline of partnership vetting, ad concept ideation, feedback and content execution, as well as influencer and whitelist negotiations and executions. This role will be supported with a strong analytics team and creative team and will report to our Senior Associate, Content Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting content creator pipeline for paid TikTok/Meta ads. This involves scouting for new creator partnerships, ideating ad concepts, communications with creators (briefing, asset feedback, invoicing etc) and overall coordination for this process.
- Largely support communications throughout the whole process (outreach, product shipping, briefing, asset feedback, invoicing, AP etc)
- Partner with influencer team, creative team and community management team to launch whitelist influencer and spark ads and manage branded content permissions.
- Work with the organic social team and influencer team to pull together influencer, brand ambassador and organic to paid content.
- Facilitating creator payments, monthly budget tracking and queries related to invoicing, w-9 forms, payment timing, payment confirmations/receipts and tax inquiries in partnership with accounts payable.
- Closely monitoring all content with a critical eye for creative feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with content creators and influencers for paid ad content.
- Great communication skills, both oral and written.
- Energetic, motivated and organized. In order to fulfill the duties of the role, this person must be detail oriented, organized, and be able to use independent judgment and critical thinking for reviewing assets and providing feedback.
- Strong creative skills and understanding of ad best practices for Tiktok and Meta.
- Intimate knowledge of TikTok and Reels platforms.
- Great organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with growth, brand and creative teams.
- Growth mindset – you are on a quest to learn and develop personally & professionally and have a passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels.
Nice To Have
- Experience in health/wellness ecommerce space; startup experience is a plus
- Experience in marketing subscription services
- Simple TikTok video editing experience
- Network connections with creators and partners
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range
$75,000 — $80,000 USD
