This position contributes to Starbucks success by developing owned channel strategies, best practices and guardrails based on industry trends, historical data, the running of test and learn campaigns, and a deep understanding of our brand. As a member of the strategy arm of our team, you will partner closely with marketing stakeholder teams to influence campaign strategy, customer journeys and channel usage to ensure we’re delivering delightful customer experiences that align with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with our team’s operations and technology enablement functions to achieve our vision: We are owned channel experts who bring to life holistic customer experiences—across email, app and web—that deliver on business goals
As a campaign manager, you will…
Develop and maintain channel contact strategies, best practices and guardrails, getting strategic alignment across many cross functional stakeholder teams.
- Track and share out industry trends across digital marketing
Ensure campaign requirements, audience data, and creative direction are aligned to our best practices, acting as liaison for multiple functional areas.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders as thought partner in campaign planning, consulting on solution approaches and providing input to marketing plans in order to fully leverage existing tools, capabilities and data.
- Be deeply immersed in digital channel data and customer-facing sentiments to help drive decision making, managing and evangelizing data and research.
We’d Love To Hear From People With
BA/BS with concentration in business, marketing, technology or similar work experience
- Compelling presentation skills, persuasive and succinct oral, written, and email skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box to achieve results
- Able to execute best-in-class vendor management processes independently; understands digital production & operations vendors and their capabilities.
- Ability & willingness to adapt new technologies & concepts quickly; interest in technology & digital innovation to solve complex customer and marketer problems.
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience
