Who We’re Looking For – Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, we are seeking Brand Marketing Associate to support our high-output Marketing team on initiatives that span a wide array of channels and media. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing, the Brand Marketing Associate will assist in executing integrated media plans on brand marketing channels focused on mass audience awareness and improving brand sentiment.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Brand Marketing team on channels including Global TV, OOH, Sports Marketing, Product Marketing, Direct Mail, Brand Campaigns, and more
- Supports Out of Home (OOH) marketing initiatives including static billboards, digital billboards, train wraps, station takeovers
- Assists in managing key partnerships (UFC, regional sports properties, global TV agencies, and talent agencies) with a focus on maximizing partnership ROI
- Assists with administrative reporting, onboarding, and invoice submissions for Global Television and Marketing Partnerships
- Granular research and discovery of possible partnerships which may fit MANSCAPED’s growth objectives and make recommendations
- Conduct competitor research for product marketing function
- Assists internal workflow and communication necessary to execute partnership deliverables in a timely manner
- Assist in making slide decks and presentations to share internally
- Assists on brand partnership contests and giveaways
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of managing partnerships within marketing, advertising, sports, digital media, and publishers
- Understands how to reach targeted consumer profile with marketing deliverables
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, organization, and high level of accountability
- Strong analytical skills and reporting experience
- Highly proactive work ethic with the ability to handle a large volume of tasks and requests simultaneously
- Strongly motivated by opportunities for professional growth
- Previous digital agency experience, in-house role managing partnerships, or television advertising preferred
- Experience measuring ROI by using Google Analytics and operate within a spend to revenue / CAC benchmark preferred
- Understanding of domestic and international sports audiences / segments preferred
