About the job
The B2B Demand Gen and Product Marketing Specialist is a dynamic role designed to directly support Mediagistic’s RevOps Team and growth marketing initiatives by driving demand generation and product marketing initiatives within the company. This specialist will leverage a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and digital marketing tools, such as HubSpot Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), to enhance lead generation, nurture campaigns, and product positioning in the market.

This role demands a proactive approach to marketing strategy and execution, focusing on creating targeted marketing campaigns that align with business goals and revenue targets. The specialist will be integral in developing and executing marketing plans that promote product features based on market demands and customer needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and execute demand-generation strategies that effectively drive qualified leads and support sales objectives.
Tactical responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns including email marketing, social media calendar and ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, DSP networks, etc.), content marketing, landing pages, direct mail initiatives, and more.
Vet and manage agency strategic partnership and VAR relationships; limited procurement and product ownership responsibilities relating to VAR products.
Manage and optimize HubSpot MAP to enhance marketing automation processes, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
Collaborate with product teams to craft compelling messaging and positioning for products that resonate with target B2B audiences.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to refine campaigns and increase the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Create detailed reports on campaign performance, including analysis of KPIs, to inform future marketing strategies.
Manage the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials, such as product datasheets, case studies, and white papers.

Qualifications:

Seeking candidates with a background in marketing for agencies. Specifically in the home services/OPE marketing industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
4-5 years total digital marketing experience; of those, required 3 years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with Hubspot MAP.
Must have demonstrable experience with increasing sales-qualified pipeline in previous positions.
You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.
Experience building and delivering field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs, and partner activity. Understanding of pipeline management and metrics.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
Reliable team player with the ability to collaborate and also work independently.
Candidates who have demonstrable experience in generating revenue ($3M+) in ABM platforms like 6Sense, Terminus or Rollworks will move to the front of the line.

Supervision/Contacts:

Directly reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing

Work Environment:

Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment that requires normal safety precautions such as typical office or administrative work.

Physical Demands:

Job involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, and standing may be minimally required to complete tasks.

Travel:

Some travel may be required.
Total travel time will be no more than 15% of the time.

Work Location:

This position is based full-time at our office in Hidden River Parkway (Fletcher & I-75).
