What You’ll Do
As we grow the Product Marketing organization in 2024, a great opportunity exists for a program manager to assist in the many details associated with growing, testing, measuring, and scaling our customer feedback programs and go to market efforts for new products and solutions to grow market awareness and market share. This individual manages the collection of both qualitative and quantitative feedback across the enterprise through customer and analyst research, user groups, internal subject matter experts, partners, advisory councils, and behavioral listening. This individual manages the process to ensure that customer, market, competitor, and analyst feedback drives day-to-day improvement of our products and services and is at the heart of longer-term strategy and roadmap decisions across all business units and product portfolios.
- Support the strategy of the Voice of the Customer program to influence the product roadmap and organizational strategy.
- Co-manage customer advisory board programs and gathering feedback.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to understand our offerings and our target audience’s needs across the customer journey.
- Help to manage, scale, and automate the customer advocacy program to identify, recruit, and match customer advocates.
- Scan external analyst research – highlighting key upcoming reports for Zeta – creating synopsis and injecting insights back into the organization.
- Own scheduling of analyst interactions with top firms; set, prep and gather appropriate resources and personnel, complete with follow-up and gap analysis with business goals.
- Responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for internal & external product marketing campaigns for new products & solutions.
- Collateral maintenance, quarterly reporting, and auditing in partnership with the broader Product Marketing team.
- General Project Manager for the team.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in Product Marketing or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent project management, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, including writing for customer audiences
- Driven by curiosity to learn, grow, and make an impact
- Self-motivated; proactively takes the initiative to accomplish tasks and seize new, challenging opportunities
- Possess excellent analytical and prioritization skills
- Experience in the Marketing Technology space a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, Project Management, and survey tools preferred
- Some travel may be required, less than 10%. Customer events and corporate offsites.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 depending on location and experience.
