We are looking for a new team member to serve as internal marketing specialist to produce a “finished product” for all investor letters, pitch decks, podcasts, whitepapers, and website contents. The individual will work very closely with all members of the Investor Relations and Capital Formation group.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with Global Atlantic and KKR investor relations and marketing teams to create digital and print collateral and establish Global Atlantic’s thought leadership
- Partner with Capital Formation and Investment teams to create sales enablement collateral needed for investor prospecting and outreach
- Create fundraising materials including client presentations and investor reporting that incorporate investment analytics and market context
- Drive the creation of investor outreach materials while ensuring the collateral is consistent with our existing marketing efforts
- Work closely with Marketing, Legal and Compliance areas to ensure marketing and advertising content meets proper guidelines. Responsible for submission of marketing materials and communications to compliance for approval and use
- Perform frequent ad hoc analysis and assist with special projects, as requested
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in internal marketing, PR, communications or Investor Relations at an Asset Manager or Financial Services Institution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Experience developing marketing content and campaigns, communications, launching new products, managing/updating existing materials, website and working with contractors
- Demonstrated skills that include creating high impact messages and visuals and collaborating with team members
- Exceptional organizational and written communication skills and exacting attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
- Experienced in utilizing technology to help drive engagement with marketing resources
- Ability to focus on finding ways to help our team succeed and provide significant value to our Partners
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office preferred

Various jurisdictions have passed pay transparency laws that require companies provide salary ranges for any positions for which they are accepting applications. Global Atlantic has offices in Atlanta, Batesville, Bermuda, Boston, Des Moines, Hartford, Indianapolis, and New York City. The base salary range posted below is inclusive of the lowest cost of living geography to the highest in which we have a Global Atlantic office.
Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives. The base salary range for this role is $77,786 to $148,163.
