This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager of Neutrogena Cleansing Innovation Strategy and is based in Skillman, NJ.

Role reports to- Senior Marketing Manager, Neutrogena Cleansing Innovation Strategy
Location- Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %- 10
Pay- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $142,600. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What You Will Do
The Associate Brand Manager, Neutrogena Face Innovation Strategy will be responsible for helping shape a strong, purpose-led growth playbook, strategy & innovation pipeline, anticipating trends and delivering playbooks to drive consistent brand & portfolio execution globally.
The ABM will be instrumental in helping the team identify opportunities to leapfrog the competition with disruptive new product claims, hero communication assets & cohesive growth playbooks, bringing them to life through close partnerships with key cross-functional & commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our growth playbook, strategy & innovation efforts.
- Partner with Neutrogena innovation team to shape, develop and enable a strong & consistent innovation pipeline that supports brand priorities
- Partner with R&D, Supply Chain and other critical stakeholders to execute innovation on-time, and with excellence
- Deliver globally a consistent and distinctive innovation pipeline & hero assets that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue,
- Understand and advocate for consumer needs and preferences.
- Proactively look for opportunities to expand brand passion and improve consumer experiences with the Brand to deliver brand growth goals
- Contribute to creating and delivering growth opportunities through new growth strategies, product development, and business continuity projects.
- Monitor competitive market dynamics to inform the development of, &/or changes required to growth playbook & marketing strategies plans
- Partner with Market Insights & Research to mine consumer insights and category trends relevant to innovation development
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, oversee category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales
- Partner with technical cross-functional partners to deliver optimized claims, packaging, and brand presence at shelf
Required Qualifications
- A BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing, innovation, and/or sales experience is required.
- Previous brand management or sales experience at CPG is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Innovation experience in Beauty or Skin Care is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required. Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.
- Proven ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand/project/innovation
- Works well independently while possessing strong leadership & communication skills and a demonstrated history of building collaborative, lasting relationships that deliver business results.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities successfully.
- Ability to work closely with cross functional and other internal teams.
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
- Someone who is highly creative with the ability to think out of the box.
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics & spreadsheets.
- Able to influence key partners with ideas that build value.
