Job Description
As an Area Marketing Analyst for NVR, parent company of Ryan Homes, you’ll help us create, manage and analyze marketing campaigns to help us sell our homes, connecting house-hunting prospects with a new dream home! You’ll work alongside our sales management teams to keep advertised information current, compliant, and customer friendly.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and refinement of the Customer Profile Definitions/community positioning based on information collected from Division Management Team
- Lead the development of content that will enhance the customer experience and covert web traffic to leads based on the developed CPDs
- Plan the marketing strategy based on programs developed by Corporate Marketing Team to include organic traffic/paid advertising/email communication
- Own online customer experience for community launches and open communities
- Measure the effectiveness of communities achieving their weekly conversion goals and recommend adjustments to positioning based on data
- Coordinate the advertising programs to be within the overall corporate advertising guidelines and to develop appropriate strategies
- Ensure all advertising conforms to FTC and Department of H.U.D. regulations
- Serve as liaison between corporate marketing and regional sales and marketing staff
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of demonstrated previous advertising agency or sales and marketing experience
- Experience with Google Analytics and similar tools
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving and communication skills; able to multi-task and to work independently and proactively
- Four-year degree in Marketing or other business area preferred; equivalent experience and specific technical training may be substituted
