About The Role
We are looking for someone to lead analysis and drive strategy for our lifecycle customer management team. Partnering with our marketing and data science, you will develop strategies to increase customer engagement, improve customer retention, and reactivate customers who are no longer active.
You Will
Leverage world-class data capabilities and techniques to develop actionable insights and drive industry-leading growth and retention
Partner with marketing leaders to implement your ideas
Continually test and improve our Lifecycle Customer Management Strategy
You Have
2 – 6 years of post-collegiate experience in business or data analytics experience
Proven thought leadership in fast-growing organizations
Demonstrated ability to partner and consult with functional leaders, especially in marketing, product and finance organizations
Prior Marketing experience preferred
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $112,000-$140,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
