Job Description

Credit One Bank is looking for Marketing Associate I to join the Acquisition Marketing team and work on strategic efforts that support the overall growth of the organization. As a member of the acquisition and response marketing strategy team, this position will be primarily responsible for helping to plan and execute marketing campaigns that acquire new customers. Working on projects to improve the effectiveness of our efforts and collaborating with other teams on new initiatives. In addition, this position will be responsible for conducting new account acquisition tests within offers and audiences.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Risk partner to identify an offer and segmentation strategy around targeted efforts. This will require an analytical skill set to read performance reports and surface insights that drive marketing strategy.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Support efforts to acquire new customers by:

  • Reviewing campaign performance to assist with planning future tests, inclusive of developing the test design
  • Planning new campaigns and developing forecasts of campaigns that have been executed
  • Working on projects to improve the conversion of people applying for offers, as well as expanding our prospect base for direct mail efforts
  • Conducting competitive offer and creative analysis using industry tools
  • Ensuring the timely coordination and completion of multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Monitoring key performance indicators
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of management and marketing experience
  • Credit card marketing, marketing strategy, or financial services experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and project management experience
  • Proficient in Tableau, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
