What You’ll Do:
As a Consumer Marketing intern at T-Mobile, you’ll dive into our marketing strategies tailored for the Consumer Group! Get ready to engage in campaign development, conduct market research, and contribute to content creation. You’ll also assist in playing a vital role in promotion development and delivery, working closely on social media management, analyzing consumer trends, and collaborating on inventive strategies aimed at captivating our audience!
What It Takes:
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree earning program.
External applicants eligible only. Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships.
Must be available for one of the cohort options for 12-week Summer Internship:
- May 20th – August 9th
- June 17th – September 6th
What locations to expect:
Locations of individual opportunities are determined by the business and therefore to be interested in our opportunities you must be open to relocation for the duration of the 12-week internship. Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50-miles from the internship location.
All 2024 interns will be assigned to an office in one of the following locations:
- Bellevue, Washington
- Frisco, Texas
- Denver, Colorado
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Overland Park, Kansas
- Reston, Virginia
- Parsippany, New Jersey
- Chicago, Illinois
- New York, New York
- Allentown, Pennsylvania
- District of Columbia
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Colorado Pay Range: $ 20.00 – $40.00
- New York Pay Range: $20.00 – $ 40.00
- The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
- At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant. Intern wages range from $20/hr to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
