How will you make an impact in this role?

The Sr Analyst, Digital Customer Marketing, will support the Senior Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies designed to nurture business accounts, generate leads, and drive engagement with our Account Development team. This role involves complex campaign execution, results analytics, and a deep understanding of how marketing capabilities can drive efficiency. They will collaborate closely with a variety of partners across the organization, including Sales, Analytics, Technology and Product. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a transformational strategy for the business.

  • Fully manage end-to-end campaign execution by partnering with numerous stakeholders inclusive of advertising agency partners, legal, compliance, and technology.
  • Take ownership of email warming strategy, providing US SME with a robust set of templates to support their needs. Support Sr Manager on piloting ‘AI Sales Assistant’ within the email warming space.
  • Proactively craft data-driven recommendations to optimize existing digital campaigns, or test into new areas/channels.
  • Ensure leads that request appointments are delivered to the appropriate channels.
  • Create weekly tracking and reporting for digital campaigns
  • Keep pulse on digital marketing, email and omni-channel trends and best practices to champion a modern, relevant experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Digital marketing, sales enablement and/or lead generation experience
  • Comfortable searching for opportunities to make valuable contributions in white space
  • Superior attention to detail to ensure end to end flawless execution
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and derive insight
  • Ability to establish relationships and partner with numerous cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multi-task, and operate autonomously
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint/Excel (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus).
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
