Scope of Position:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing the digital ecosystem of the business. The role is focused on equity and ROI-driving activities across owned platforms, social (Instagram, TikTok) & sales-driving platforms (i.e. Instacart). This role requires collaboration across sales & marketing, as well as demonstrated digital execution experience. This position reports to the VP, Marketing & Innovation and will be hybrid based out of our Headquarters in Saddle Brook, NJ.

Essential Duties & Core Responsibilities:

Develops and executes holistic digital ecosystem to help achieve brand objectives, specifically equity and market share.

Owns execution of digital channels with a focus on social execution; ensures the brand is consistently executed with a clear tone of voice.

Supports team as a digital expert in key communication programs, ensuring optimal execution of the brand across platforms.

Actively tracks & recommends opportunities to participate in social trends applicable to the business.

Creatively sources content to support brand across channels, including internal & external partners for content creation.

Manages eCommerce relationships in partnership with Brand Manager & Sales; drives clear recommendations & optimizations based on ROI.

Leads management of owned digital properties including website.

Leads digital analytics for market team, focusing on ROI-driving tactics and proposing focus areas or changes based on learnings.

Actively proposes new digital vendors & platforms to advance the brands reach.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required.

Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience across social & ecommerce, some CPG/food/beverage experience preferred.

Demonstrated experience in executing a digital agenda across platforms.

Ability to develop organic content independently, including fit-for-platform content across verbal & visual execution.

Balance of analytical & creative skills; can develop a ROI-driven plan while creatively developing organic programming that drives brand equity.

Strong interest in food & trends.
