Job Description
The Marketing Services Manager is engaged in the development and execution of strategic marketing communications and events to efficiently support product launch campaigns and company brand across various channels.
They collaborate with Product Marketing to create programs that drive engagement and market the organization’s brand and its products & services; plans customer seminars, conferences, trade shows, special promotions, and webinars. They provide operational marketing support for marketing programs and channel support.
The Marketing Services Manager is responsibility for the marketing calendar and scheduling campaigns, events, and initiatives to ensure engagement with customers and prospects. They manage and grow the corporate social media presence, create and maintain the posting schedule, monitor communication and engagement and facilitate approvals.
The Marketing Services Manager oversees corporate branding and promotional programs, including responsibility for maintaining brand standards and consistency, quality, inventory and reporting. They assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, English or Journalism.
Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B Marketing preferred. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications needed, experience with design programs such as Adobe or Canva, event platforms such as
Cvent, and social media and webinar platforms strongly preferred.
